Our adoption process begins with completing an application. A short phone conversation begins the matching process that insures our Westie will be successful in their new home. GLWR asks to speak with two personal references and with your veterinarian. One of our volunteers will visit your home to discuss what characteristics in a Westie you feel will be best suited to your home and lifestyle. A "meet and greet" between all family members and current pets will help determine if the prospective Westie is a good match for your family. A good match indicates a successful adoption is likely.
